The South Vancouver Island Rangers were created after WWll by the retiring local members of the disbanded Pacific Coast Militia Rangers and has been in the Western Communities since 1947,starting as the Ranger Emergency Service, then to the present day club of serving the community in emergency situations, and I believe our crest says it all with a crossed gun and axe with a Bloodhound dog in the center and the bottom reads "Ready To Serve".

We are also a Social club, a Trap & Skeet club and all around Outdoors and Recreational club.

Our Club is situated along side the "Galloping Goose Trail ", an old railway line that goes from Victoria to Leechtown that now serves as a walking, jogging trail!

We are also just 4 KM from the New Great Canadian Casino!

Our membership is closed and by sponsorship only.
