PITA On-Line Membership Form and Credit Card
Payment.
Welcome New &
Returning Members:
Thank you for your interest in joining PITA - or
in renewing your membership. Note that if
you are a member of ATA and not PITA, some of
the information blocks below ask for your ATA
information.
Please complete
all the information below - make sure all
applicable spaces are filled in. Your
application will be processed promptly and you
will receive your membership packet by US Mail
within a few days.
This application
takes (2) two steps. It is very important to
complete both steps:
Step 1: Fill in the information
form below and click the "submit" button at the
bottom. You will then be transferred to our
store to select the membership you wish to pay
for.

Step 2: Once
you're in our online store -
choose your appropriate payment selections. We
use PayPal and/or Google Check-Out to process our credit card payments.
It's easy, fast and secure.
Once you fill out the
applications and click submit you may receive
an eMail from PITA reminding you to complete "Step
2" incase you didn't and giving you our
contact information. Please remember that this
is just a courtesy. If you have completed your payment you
may receive a message from
showing your payment.
