you are a member of ATA and not PITA, some of
the information blocks below ask for your ATA
information.
Please complete
all the information below - make sure all
applicable spaces are filled in. Your
application will be processed promptly and you
will receive your membership packet by US Mail
within a few days.
This application
takes two steps:
Step 1: fill in the information
form below and click the "submit" button at the
bottom. You will then be transferred to our
PayPal payment page.
Step 2: on the payment page -
choose your appropriate payment selections. We
use PayPal to process our credit card payments.
