Thank you for your interest in attending the PITA 2009 Grand Pacific July 19 - 25, 2009.

Please complete all the information below - make sure all applicable spaces are filled in. Your Reservation  will be processed promptly. Your payment must be received before June 1, 2009 to confirm your reservation.

Fees:

RV Regular Space without air-conditioning power - $75.00
RV Generator Space with air-conditioning power -  $175.00
Regular Vendor Space without air-conditioning power (right side) - $100.00
Generator Vendor Space with air-conditioning power (left side) - $175.00

A $25.00 fee is charged for cancelled reservations. No refunds or rollovers after July 15, 2009. To pay by check and not credit card Click Here.

This Reservation takes (2) two steps. It is very important to complete both steps:

Step 1: Fill in the information form below and click the "submit" button at the bottom. You will then be transferred to our PayPal payment page.

Step 2: On the payment page - choose your appropriate payment selections. We use PayPal to process our credit card payments. Over 67 million people have PayPal accounts - it's easy, fast and secure.

Once you fill out the reservation form and click submit you may receive an eMail from PITA reminding you to complete "Step 2" incase you didn't and giving you our contact information. Please remember that this is just a courtesy. If you have completed the PayPal payment you will receive a message from PayPal showing your payment.
