"JUST FOR THE HALIBUT"

Dust a roll of Ritz crackers (you know crush them with a rolling pin not with your shotgun)

Add garlic salt, lowery season salt and pepper as desired

Slice halibut ½” thick on angle

Roll halibut in cracker crumb mixture and fry in 1 cube of butter

Very easy & delicious!

Notes from the PITA Secretary,

We became aware of this recipe at the Grand Pacific this year.  “Hello – does anyone have any Ritz crackers?” was heard from an RV next door, which had everyone looking in their cupboards for some Ritz crackers.  It was a worthwhile search as in about ½ hour Deb came back with this awesome halibut.
